1) No Refunds

All fees, including trading fees, network fees, and other charges, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2) Wallet Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses when depositing or withdrawing funds.
• We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect, incompatible, or malicious addresses.

3) Losses & Private Keys

• You assume full responsibility for the security of your wallet and private keys.
• We do not control or recover lost seed phrases, private keys, or credentials.
• We are not liable for any financial losses, missed profits, or exposure due to market volatility or your account activity.

4) Market Disclaimer

Trump Bank does not control token prices or guarantee asset stability. You trade at your own risk.

5) Account Recovery

Access to your account can only be restored if you retain access to your registered email (for app users) or phone number (for Telegram users). We cannot recover accounts otherwise. If you lose access to both, recovery is impossible.

6) Eligibility

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
